At Mountain Lotus Yoga we offer hot yoga, pilates, and aerial yoga classes, with warm yin and Bikram, as well as private yoga options at our Truckee and Tahoe City locations.
In the summer, we offer Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake, as well as Outdoor Aerial Yoga Classes on the spacious deck at our Tahoe City Studio .
We have a state-of-the-art, Live Music Venue and have quickly become a local favorite for awesome weekend events! The space is also available for year-round private event bookings with catering options.
We’re passionate about offering delicious locally sourced cuisine with a plant-slant, so make sure to pre-order from our Meatless Monday’s Menu, visit the Truckee Cafe, or stop by our mobile kitchen by Mountain Lotus Provisions.

Plan a Retreat House
Get-away.
At our Mountain Lotus Retreat House, you can plan a weekend get-away or a multi-week stay. Located at the end of Historic Downtown Truckee, our beautiful historic home was built in the 1940s as a rectory and is located next to the Mountain Lotus Center & Yoga Studio.
You can walk to numerous restaurants and shops, while enjoying easy trail access to the nearby Legacy Trail, and a 15-minute drive to the ski resorts. There are beautiful views of Mt. Rose from the front, and Trout Creek from the back. With 10 beds, we can sleep 10-14 comfortably - an excellent option for retreats, groups, and families. All rentals include 2 daily Guest Passes our yoga studio.
